[Composition] 
The vaccine is composed of inactivated reassortant avian influenza virus (H5N1Re-5+H9N2 Re-2):
[Properties]  Milky white emulsion.
[Actions and Uses] 
It is used to prevent avian influenza virus (H5 Subtype) infection.
[Application and Dosages] 
Subcutaneous injection in neck or intramuscular injection in chest ,0.3 ml/bird for 2~5-Week-old chickens, 0.5 ml/bird, for plus chickens above 5-week-old .
[Abnormal Reaction] There are no abnormal reactions generally.
[Precautions]
(1) The product is not allowed to use in AIV infected chickens or in chickens with abnormal health conditions.
(2) The product can never be frozen.
(3) The product can not be used when there are damages, foreign materials or emulsion breakage and stratification.
(4) The vaccine should be recovered to normal temperature and evenly mixed by shaking before use.
(5) Sterile equipment should be used when vaccination Needles should be changed time-ly. It is advisable to have one needle for one chicken.
(6) The vaccine should be finished in the day when unbottled.
(7) It can't be used for the chickens within 28 days before slaughter.
