1. GMP Production Plant
The Production and Research Base of Qingdao Yebio Bioengineering Co., Ltd is situated in Hongdao Town in the ChenYang District of Qingdao; a quiet and fresh environment.
Two GMP production Plants meeting internationally advanced standards, and one high level P3 laboratory are located in the center of this facility.
The National Animal Disease Diagnostic Reagent Center has 3,000 m 2 of floor space under roof, including 1200 m 2 sterile area. The center passed the state GMP examination on March 28, 2003 and is involved in production of diagnostic reagents and various vaccines for the livestock and poultry industries.
The GMP Plant for Veterinary Vaccines has a construction area of 9,000 m 2 , including 1500m 2 sterile area. Bold technical innovations have been adopted in oil adjuvant preparation, emulsification, oil and water separation in bio-sewage treatment and a CIP fluid equipment auto cleaning control system, which won praise from visiting OIE specialists. It marks a first, firm step for Yebio in leading the preventive bio-product industry on the way to meeting or exceeding international standards.
2. Quality Management Control System
Yebio's product quality management control system fully meets GMP standards. Non- immunized eggs are used as production material and SPF chickens are used in safety and potency tests. Materials are conveyed in closed tanks and tubes. Experimental SPF chickens are raised in negative-pressure isolators and animal experiments are also conducted in isolators with negative pressure.
We see a strict regulation system as even more important than advanced hardware. Therefore, Yebio Co., Ltd has formulated strict management systems in raw material inspection, online, in-process product inspection, finished product inspection as well as on production process control, thus strengthening GMP quality standard management and tightening SOP post operation training, in order to ensure product quality.
3. Technical Innovations and Achievement Transformation

Yebio Co., Ltd has formed its own technical service team, and holds over 200 training courses annually on animal breeding and disease control technology. We edit and distribute one million copies of various technical publications, including the Yebio Biology Bulletin , the Avian Disease Control Express and the Swine Disease Control Express which have been greatly appreciated among livestock and poultry breeders and operators.
